Alpha Adroit’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to how we regulate ourselves to ensure that all of our activities positively affect society. Alpha Adroit's CSR policy and procedures are to ensure that Alpha Adroit conducts its work ethically, considering human rights and the social, economic, and environmental impacts of what we do as a corporation

All Alpha Adroit employees should meet and aim to exceed any relevant legislation. If legislation does not exist in a particular area, the Company should ensure they carry out best practices.

Our Roles and Responsibilities

  • Alpha Adroit's CSR policies aim to ensure that Alpha Adroit conducts its works ethically, considering human rights and the social, economic, and environmental impacts of what we do as a corporation, reviewed annually or as needed. All employees are encouraged and are required to conduct their work per Alpha Adroit's CSR.

  • New employees are given CSR orientations. CSR training is provided to existing employees to reach our goals. Alpha Adroit Project Managers will participate in inspections and investigations, as required, report any violations and provide corrective measures.

  • All Alpha Adroit employees working at Alpha Adroit's offices, laboratories, and project sites are responsible for CSR of their own and others. Every employee must follow CSR practices and procedures, observe compliance with regulations about their work, and assist in monitoring and developing Alpha Adroit's CSR.

  • New hires are required to study and fully understand Alpha Adroit's CSR before starting to work at Alpha Adroit.
