Indigenous Peoples, First Nations, and Aboriginal Groups

Alpha Adroit Engineering Ltd proudly adheres to the principle and obligations for Calls to Action for Truth & Reconciliation related to the rights of Aboriginal Groups, First Nations, and Indigenous Peoples as mandated by Actions for EGBC’s engineers and geoscientists, not only in British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alberta, and Saskatchewan but also in any Canadian province and territory and internationally where Alpha Adroit operates.

Calls to Action are related to the primary duty of Engineers and Geoscientists as defined in the Engineers and Geoscientists Act, which is to uphold and protect the public interests with regard to professional engineering and geosciences, particularly related to the rights of Aboriginal Groups, First Nations, and Indigenous Peoples. Alpha Adroit adheres to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (61/295 - 13 September 2007) as it relates to Alpha Adroit’s engineering, geosciences, and environmental services and is guided or mandated by the Professional Engineering and Geosciences Associations where Alpha Adroit is a member of.
